At Pearl River Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our New York warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
